Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During sales, Eid holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery Time

• We currently ship across all major cities of Pakistan.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.
• A standard shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.
• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available in most areas of Pakistan.
• Please ensure that the provided contact number and address are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).
• Customers can use the tracking number to monitor their shipment status.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
